Demo of one custom platform in the fictional shopping center Shopping Vennepoort. At the register of the sports store Sport Vennegem, the cashier scans a pair of trail shoes for €129.95. The register sends the amount to the payment terminal and the customer pays contactless with Bancontact. The receipt prints and the sale goes to the European servers. Right after, the dashboard in the back office updates: revenue goes up, the sale appears at the top of the list and the stock of trail shoes drops from 7 to 6. The kiosk in the hall shows, under Sport Vennegem: trail shoes, 6 left in stock. After the demo, you can ring up products and take payment yourself.

From Excel chaos to one tool. Built around the way you work.
A schedule in a shared Excel file, work orders on paper and hours that someone retypes into the accounting software. It works, until it doesn’t. We build one tool around your process: everyone sees the same schedule, a double booking stands out right away and a completed work order turns into an invoice by itself.
Demo with sample data. Before: a shared Excel file with a schedule, a double booking nobody noticed, a message that someone else saved the file and a pile of emails with attachments. After: the scheduling tool of Installatie Vennegem, with the technicians as rows and the days of the week as columns. You can move jobs; the tool warns you when a technician is already booked. Below it, the technician’s phone and the invoice that goes to the accounting software.
Drag a job to another technician or day. With the keyboard: pick a job with Enter and move it with the arrow keys.
Work orders on mobile
Technicians see their jobs on their phone, have the customer sign and complete the work order. The office sees it right away.

One platform for all your customers. Each customer sees only their own data.
Want to sell software as a subscription (SaaS) or give your customers their own portal? We build the platform behind it: a new customer in one click, subscriptions that add up and data that stays strictly separated per customer.
Example of a SaaS platform: the admin console with all your customers. You create a customer and follow in a log how the platform sets everything up, you view the platform as one customer and see that they only get their own appointments, and you change a subscription with a prorated invoice.
A new customer, ready in seconds
You type your customer’s name. The platform sets up the rest: their own walled-off environment, their own address with a TLS certificate (the padlock in the browser), starter data, a welcome email and the first invoice.

What else is inside
Sign in with your work account
Single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID or Google, with OpenID Connect or SAML. When someone leaves your customer’s company, they can no longer sign in.
Roles per customer
Owner, admin, member or read-only. Each customer manages their own team; you manage the platform.
Audit log
Who did what, when and for which customer. Handy when a customer has a question, and during an audit.
API and webhooks
Customers connect their own software with an API key per customer. Webhooks report every new appointment, signed so the receiver knows they really come from you.

A POS built around your store. It keeps selling, even without internet.
Scanning, checkout with Bancontact or cash, a receipt with VAT per rate and the end-of-day close in the evening. We build the POS system around the way your store works. If the internet drops, you just keep selling: everything syncs as soon as the connection is back.

Book a free callKiosks, screens and parking. One system, and you stay in control.
For shopping centers and other busy places. Visitors find their store, pay for parking and check their gift card at the kiosk. You run every kiosk and screen from one admin panel.
A kiosk in the hall of Shopping Vennepoort, with a shop directory and routes, parking by license plate, your gift card balance, an accessible mode and four languages.
Shopping Vennepoort
64 shops · 3 kiosks · 24 screens · 1,200 parking spaces
Search, find and get there
Visitors type a few letters or pick a category. The kiosk shows the shop, the opening hours and today’s deal, and draws the route from where they’re standing, escalator included. With a QR code, they take the route along on their phone.
Under the hood
- Shops, units and opening hours come from the same admin panel as your screens. When a shop moves, every route is right straight away.
- The floor plan is a vector file: sharp on every screen, with routes along the real walkways.
- The keyboard follows the language: AZERTY in Dutch and French, QWERTZ in German, QWERTY in English.
Try it yourself: tap the kiosk, find a shop, pay for parking or turn on accessible mode.
Every screen, one dashboard.
Plan a promotion, pick the zones or tap the screens, and at 14:00 it’s everywhere: along the walkways, at the entrances and at the top of the kiosks. People counters above the entrances show how many visitors come in.

Why one system
Change it once
Kiosks, screens, parking and gift cards share one admin panel and one database. New opening hours show up everywhere at once.
Keeps running
If the network drops, the store directory and the screens keep going with their last content. If a screen fails, you see it right away.
Locked down tight
Kiosks run in kiosk mode: no desktop, no key combinations, and clean again after a restart.
How we lock down Windows IoTHardware, too
We help you choose your kiosks, screens and people counters, and we set them up. Hardware and device software are priced in a quote.
The admin panel is a custom web application, from €4,950. We price kiosks, screens and hardware in a quote, after a call about your center.
Counter and citizen software that everyone can use.
For cities, municipalities and government agencies, we build everything from the entrance to the counter, and online. Accessible the way the law requires, sparing with personal data and made to last for years.
Book a free callDemo of a city hall in the fictional city of Vennegem: a ticket kiosk, a screen in the waiting room, the counter software at counter 3 with an eID reader, and the citizen portal.
Go ahead and tap the screens yourself.
Steps in the demo
At the kiosk, citizens choose what they’re here for and get a ticket right away. The screen in the waiting room calls them to the right counter, with a chime and in large letters, so no one misses their turn.
Your clerk calls the next citizen with one click and sees right away what they’re here for. The clerk reads the eID with a card reader, without retyping anything. Every time someone reads a card, it goes into the audit log with a reason.
Need a certificate of residence or of household composition? Citizens insert their eID into the kiosk, enter their PIN and print the certificate themselves. No waiting in line.
Online, citizens log in through CSAM, the government’s login service: with itsme or with their eID. There they follow up on their requests and download their certificates, without a separate password.
Built by the rules
- WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 · The standard for public-sector websites and apps.
- European Accessibility Act · Since June 28, 2025, also for self-service terminals such as kiosks.
- GDPR · Your staff only see the data they need for a request.
- Audit log and European hosting · Who did what and why, stored on European servers.

How long will your device still get updates?
Windows IoT Enterprise LTSC gets ten years of security updates, without new features that could break something. Older versions are coming to an end, or already have. We move your devices over without closing your store: one device first, then the rest, outside business hours.
Registers are nothing new to our team: it designed the POS, the operating system behind the checkouts, for all of Nike’s European factories.
We quote the migration and setup of your devices separately.

What else comes with it
- Remote management
- With an MDM such as Microsoft Intune, you manage all your devices from one place: policies, apps and updates. No one needs to go on site.
- Updates outside business hours
- Security updates arrive at night, in a maintenance window. With UWF servicing, they’re simply kept after the restart.
- BitLocker
- The disk is encrypted, with the key in the device’s TPM chip. If someone pulls out the disk, it’s useless to them.
- App control
- Only programs you approve are allowed to start: with App Control for Business or AppLocker. An unknown program simply won’t start.

// AND MOST IMPORTANT
The code, data and documentation are yours.
No lock-in. If you ever want to move on with another provider, you take everything with you.
Source code
All of the code, not just the app that runs. Another developer can pick it up right away.
Data
In an open database, always exportable. No closed format you’re stuck with.
Documentation
How everything fits together, how to install it and what to do when something breaks.
Off-the-shelf, custom or both? Not everything needs to be custom.
For your accounting, your payroll or your email, good software already exists. Go ahead and use it. Custom software pays off where the way you work makes the difference, or where software has to talk to your own devices. And often it’s both: you keep your package, and we connect it.
Your process
Does the software adapt to you, or do you adapt to the software?
Costs
What you pay at the start, and after that.
Ownership of code and data
Who owns it, and what if you ever want to switch?
Integrations
Does it talk to the software you already have?
Devices and hardware

Getting started
How fast you’re up and running, and how proven it is.
Not sure? Pick what you need software for.
We’ll tell you honestly what we would do. Often, that’s not custom software.
Get an accounting package such as Exact or Odoo. Does your team also work in other software? Then we connect it, so no one has to retype anything.
Book a free callHow your software comes together: first in one place, then everywhere.
You see your software before we build it, and again after every build round. We test in one place first, with the people who use it every day, and only roll out once it runs smoothly there.
The examples follow one project, from the analysis to the first support request: a ticket kiosk and counter software for a city hall.
1. Intro and analysis
We start with a free thirty-minute call. Then we map out your process: who does what, with which systems, and where it gets stuck. Based on that, you get a fixed price and a schedule.
2. Clickable prototype
We design every screen in Figma and turn it into a clickable prototype: it looks like the real software, but there’s no code behind it yet. We test it with the people who will be working with it, and for a register or kiosk at the real screen size.
3. Building in short sprints
We build in sprints: short build rounds with a clear goal. After every sprint, you try out working software in a separate test environment, apart from your real data. So you can adjust course while that’s still easy.
4. Pilot on real devices
We start small: one store, one counter or one team, on the real devices and with real customers or citizens. Whatever comes up there, we fix before the rest follows.
5. Rollout and training
Then your other locations follow, one by one and outside business hours if needed. We set up the devices and teach your team to work with them. A half-day training session costs €250.
6. Maintenance and support
After the rollout, we stick around. You have one dedicated contact person, who replies within 24 hours on business days. Maintenance with hosting, backups and updates starts at €25 per month, with uptime monitoring from €69.
How long does it take? That depends on what your software needs to do. After the analysis, we set the schedule, with a date for every step.
Book a free callWhat we need from you: one person who knows your process and makes the calls, time to test after every sprint, and access to the systems we integrate with.

We help you choose, set up the devices and connect them to your software: register, receipt printer, scanner, kiosk or screen. That hardware and the software on it are quoted separately. Your payment terminal comes from your payment provider; we connect it to your register. Already have devices? Then we first look at what you can keep.
Yes. Windows Embedded POSReady 7 hasn’t received regular security updates since October 12, 2021, and the paid extension has ended too. Its newest successor, Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024, gets updates until October 10, 2034. We test your POS software and peripherals on it and migrate device by device, without closing your store. Here’s how we do it.
In Belgium, many restaurants, cafés and bars must use a certified registered cash register system: the GKS, or “white cash register.” We don’t build that kind of register ourselves. For hospitality businesses, we integrate with a certified cash register system, so that your custom inventory or reporting, for example, works together with your register.
- Do you provide the hardware too?

Technology and integrations
We build registers and kiosks to keep working when the internet goes down: sales are stored locally and synced as soon as the connection is back. Cash payments keep working; whether card payments go through depends on your payment terminal. A web application does need a connection. Here’s how it works.
Yes: with your accounting (such as Exact, Odoo or Yuki), an ERP such as SAP, your CRM or Power BI. An integration with your accounting or CRM costs €1,050. Since January 1, 2026, invoices to Belgian businesses have to go out as e-invoices via Peppol; your software sends them through your accounting package or directly through a Peppol access point.
Often, yes, and not just in Java. First we read the code and look at how it runs. Then we tell you honestly what’s best: keep building on it, modernize it step by step (for example from Java 8 to 21 or 25), or start over. A takeover goes in a custom quote.

Security and compliance
Your software runs on European servers, with encrypted connections, two-factor authentication, roles and permissions, and an audit log that records who did what. We only store what your process really needs, as the GDPR requires. With a maintenance plan, we make a backup every day.
Yes. Our starting point is WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard for accessible websites and apps. Since June 28, 2025, the European Accessibility Act also applies to kiosks and payment terminals, with requirements such as spoken instructions through headphones. Existing devices may stay in use until the end of their economically useful life, up to 20 years.
Yes. Our team has worked for the Belgian and the Turkish government. For a tender, we provide documentation, test reports and an accessibility statement. Working with a lead contractor or integrator? Then we work as a subcontractor, as we did for De Watergroep. How we build for governments.

After delivery
You do: the source code, the design, your data and the documentation, with no per-user license. We build with mainstream technology that other developers know too. If you ever want to move on with another provider or with your own IT team, you take everything with you.
Always. Start with one module and later add what your team or your customers ask for, such as a customer portal (€2,150) or reporting and dashboards (€1,595), without starting over. Anything not on the price list goes in a quote. With a Growth or Partner plan, it can also fit within your monthly hours.
Our maintenance plans start at €25 per month: hosting on European servers, daily backups and updates. From the Growth plan (€69 per month) up, we also keep an eye on your software ourselves, and you get hours for changes. You have one dedicated contact person and a reply within 24 hours on business days. Maintenance of registers and kiosks goes in your quote.
