Yes, for what you configure. In the kickoff meeting we go over your wishes. If something else turns out to be needed, you first get an updated price and you decide. Nothing changes without your approval.

No licenses and no apps you rent by the month: you pay for your shop once. Hosting and maintenance are optional, from €25 per month. Your payment provider charges its own transaction fee per payment. Services you use yourself, such as Sendcloud, your accounting software or bol.com, charge their own subscription or commission, directly to you. Your domain name is also paid separately.

You pay a 40% deposit at the start and the balance on delivery, by Bancontact, card, Apple Pay or bank transfer. Maintenance is invoiced monthly.

Yes, and shops on Magento, PrestaShop, Wix or Lightspeed too. We move your products, variants, customers and orders over for €450. Reviews as well, if your review app can export them. Passwords stay behind: your customers choose a new one when they first log in. Exactly what comes along goes in your quote.

Technical SEO is always included in your shop. A redirect for every old link, keyword research and optimization for AI search engines are part of the SEO and GEO starter package (€495). We carry over your titles and descriptions and test everything before launch. No one can guarantee rankings in Google. A brief dip after a move is normal, and we keep an eye on it with you.

You can, in your own admin. Or we can: we move them over from your current shop or a spreadsheet (€450), or they come straight from your POS or ERP if you connect it (€860). Want us to write your copy? That’s €795. Training for your team costs €250.

Bancontact, cards and Apple Pay via Mollie come standard in your shop. iDEAL, Klarna or PayPal can be added, subject to approval by the payment provider. Paying on invoice comes with B2B pricing and customer accounts (+ €640).

Exact, Yuki, Octopus, Odoo, SAP, Teamleader, Lightspeed, HubSpot, Sendcloud, bol.com, PostNL, bpost and DHL, among others. An integration with your accounting costs €420, with your inventory or ERP €860, and with bol.com €500. Other integrations, such as Sendcloud, go in your quote. Your system doesn’t have an API? Then we’ll build one.

If your total sales to consumers in other EU countries exceed €10,000 a year, their VAT rate applies and you report that VAT through OSS. To businesses with a valid VAT number in another EU country, you sell without Belgian VAT: an intra-Community supply. Your shop can apply the rate you set with your accountant, per country and per product, and keep track of everything per country for your return; that goes in your quote. The return itself stays with your accountant.

Yes, in an admin tailored to your business: products, prices, stock, orders and customers. No technical knowledge needed.

We build to WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard the EAA refers to. The EAA has applied to many webshops since June 28, 2025; microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and no more than 2 million euros in annual revenue or balance sheet total) are exempt. We can also draw up your accessibility statement; that goes in your quote. You do. Design, code and data are your property. If you ever want to move on with another provider, you take everything with you.

On European servers, with SSL, daily backups and updates we test first, in our maintenance plans from €25 per month. Payments run through Mollie, so card details never touch your server. Prefer to host it yourself? That’s possible too.
